How To Make Klepon

Ingredients :
1.
Pandan leaves
2.
Rice flour
3.
Brown sugar
4.
Salt
5.
Warm water

Bowl
Steps :
1.
First, pour rice flour and warm water into the
bowl, stir it gently by hand
2.
Next step, put the coloring from pandan leaves
into the dough, and stir it
3.
Next, mix the grated coconut with a little bit
of salt
4.
Steam the grated coconut and pandan leaves to
give aroma to the steamed coconut
5.
Slice the brown sugar to fill the klepons
6.
Shape the dough into the round and fill it with
the brown sugar, repeat this step until the dough runs out
7.
Insert the klepons dough into the boil water
8.
If the klepon already float, drain the klepon
from the water and put it to the grated coconut
9.
Roll them until they covered by coconut
10.
Put the klepon into the plate
11.
Finally, klepon is ready to eat
